Wey Hill, West Sussex

This project for two Sussex Style semi-detached houses was challenging in terms of obtaining planning approval but also due to the very narrow site access which is also off a main road.

The house have been designed with a brick and tile hung façade which is common throughout West Sussex. The properties have 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms with odd street parking, small gardens but within 10 minutes’ walk to Haslemere Station making it ideal for small families who work in London or Guildford but also for those wishing to downsize and can walk to all the local shops.

The contours and location of the site make it incredibly challenging to build with all materials having to be craned in over a neighbouring fence and with a stream running the length of the plot. However, once complete they will blend in nicely and contribute well to the overall aesthetics of the area.

All the houses will have the Elite Homes finish and will be available for occupation in December 2017.
